You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer store credit for returned items. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If your store credit is approved, we will issue you a gift card code for the amount of your returned item. You can use this gift card code on our website to purchase any other items.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
